Hello all!

I just ran the System Compatibility tool to verify that my system is good for 2 X TH2G & 6 monitors.
Currently I am running 1 X TH2G & 3 monitors.
I ran the check and received:

"Your system is incompatible with Matrox TripleHead2Go Digital Edition".

Wonder if Matrox is just backing off from any responsibility. Kind of like my car can tow, but the manufacturer doesn't recommend it. Not sure why that would be since my specs are as follows:

Windows 7 X64 Home Edition
i5-4670K CPU
8GB RAM
Nvidia GTX TITAN Black
2 X Matrox TH2G

Thanks for your input...

Mark

Given that the latest version of the tool is dated 2014-5-1, and the version previous dated 2012-10-05 :shock: , I would agree that you can't consider its results authoritative in terms of evaluating hardware compatibility.

Is this the configuration you are considering?

Graphics port 1 --> TH2Go --> Mon1+Mon2+Mon3
Graphics port 2 --> TH2Go --> Mon4+Mon5+Mon6

What particular question(s) are you trying to answer? My own surround system is a..."relic-class" battlestation, but I'm happy to help if I can.

That is the setup I am attempting...
However, both TH2G will not function, only 1 at a time....
So for now, I have 3 monitors that are not receiving any signal..
At first I though it was because I was using DVI/VGA adapters on existing VGA cables.
But I replaced them with true DVI cables....

No joy....

Hi,

are the 2 TH2Go of the same type ? (make and model) if yes did you visit this page on the matrox website ? :

To work properly, both units have to have the same firmware/mode table versions.

Hi Pasterke

Turns out that one TH2G was dead.
Since it was purchased 10/2013, Matrox does not want to know.
I set up an RMA but never got any responses...
Their customer service sucks....
I even told them I would be happy to pay for repairs...
Unit is in the trash...
Now have 1 X TH2G and the following:

1 X DVI

1 X HDMI

1X Displayport
