Could this be because of the 30Hz lock that's enabled by default ? Anyway, here's the relevant part of my file (5040x1050 on TH2G, no refresh rate lock, max details). Hope it helps.
Code:
[MainWindow]
posX2=0
posY2=0
sizeX2=5040
sizeY2=1050
[Graphics]
gamePIXX=5040
gamePIXY=1050
rendererDLLPath=tridx8tl.dll
firstTimeFlag=0
subtitleMode=1
currentBoard=0
gameBrightness=0.5
bumpMapFlag=1
textureDetail=1
wideScreenFlag=0
shadowMapDetail=2
softParticles=1
megaDamage=1
SSAO=0

mirrorDetail=1
bookDetail=1
lockTo30Hz=0

antiAliasMultipleX=1
antiAliasMultipleY=1

The opening menus do work triplewide now, but the game still crashes to desktop, seems to be a Surround thing as others have reported the same behavior, maybe the next drivers will work...I can always disable Surround and use SoftTH if I really want to play...thanks for the settings!
