Nope no drivers just plug it and flash it. I used a laptop so the unit wasn't even attached to a screen.
Just make sure that you get a full working backup- as far as I can gather if you achieve a full backup (however many kB described above) the flash will work

w00t!
Thanks for the idea, I used my wifes laptop. Just plugged it in and did a backup, no loading of drivers and off it went.
Worked great
thanks again

I ended up taking mine to work and doing it successfully without any hitches by plugging it into a computer and not installing any Matrox software of any kind.

On a side note, other than the firmware update to move single resolution games to the center screen have there been any other firmware updates for this device?

I've just resived an Email from the tec support, I'm pretty sure I crashed my Firmware as well, but there is something interessting in this E-Mail:

Hi,

I will send you a firmware update that should help you with your issue.
Unplug any USB device that is not essential for the functionality of the system and make sure the unit is plugged in to a USB port located on the computer.

Prior to starting the process make sure you EXIT the power desk utility since this interferes with the update. If you have a problem performing the update on this system try connecting the device to another system.

Regards,

If you have any Logitech hardware please exit the system application before running the update or disconnect the devices.

That might be causing a problem as well

Greetings

I have Contact Matrox! Matrox will bring in the next PowerDesk SE the Feature "Center Screen Mode" for the TripleHead2Go Digital Edition.
But I don´t know when.
