Hi guys,

I just want to check that the following is the correct item to order to run 3 19" monitors and connect to my 8800 GTX card?

http://www.probsolvexpress.com/products.asp?partno=D2G-A2D-IF

As it says it is an upgrade? and does not seem to come with any software / cables.

Sorry for being a complete noob, just want to order the right kit.

Cheers,
Lea

No for the main reason of that's a DUALHead2Go. You need the TH2Go. Dual will only run two monitors.

I just wanted to get the reply in quickly before you bought it, that's why it was a bit short, but I'm sure others around here can give you more information.

Scan.co.uk have the TH2Go Digital Edition here http://scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo.asp?WebProductID=665927 .

That will be what you're wanting. :)

Cheers matey, have just bought it :P

Now my next question, do many of you have monitors with silver bezels or are black more sutiable? I am looking between these two monitors @ the mo:

1. LG L1954SM-PF 19'' TFT Screen (5 ms)

2. BENQ FP93GX+ 19'' TFT Screen (2 ms)

The Benq has a better response time, but would i really notice this? I prefer the look of the LG as it has a black bezel, but the response time is slightly higher.

Any suggestions welcome!

Cheers,
Lea

I have the benq's and adore them. but lately ive been recommending 16x12 monitors, provided u can bear the slight skewing.

If you go with BenQ, make sure their warranty support is good where you are. I had an FP91E (fairly expensive when I bought it) break and it took their outsourced support center 3 attempts to replace it with one that wasn't also broken or had an awful amount of dead pixels.

When I recieved my FP93GX's, there wasn't a single dead pixel in all three of them. One pixel has failed since then but I can't even remember where it is. Lucky color I guess.
