i can't find any tips to use may Triple head to go with 3 TFT 19' from LG

on the Game Die Siedler Aufstieg eines Königreiches to use all three displays

i can't find a setting to change the resulution to make 3840x1024

can i play the game with this resulution

what must i do

i have change the config file no reason

help me

i can speak german
