Am I correct in noticing that Vista Ultimate 64Bit does NOT support Matrox's Mode Expander Tool?

That's awful!!! 3840x768 or 3840x720 sometimes look a lot better on my 16:10 monitors than 3840x1024 does.

I'm out of luck, it would seem.

Hi ****,

The mode expander tool is not compatible with Vista as stated on our website.
As for development of such a tool for Vista it is unlikely since the Th2go-Digital has this functionality supported natively.

*******

But I own a TripleHead2Go *Analog*.

Please update the mode expander tool to work in Vista. Since I have
1680x1050 monitors, 3840x1024 looks pretty bad with some games. The
expander tool offers some resolutions that work a little better. Also
the Dual Head support of 3360x1050 is excellent. I really miss these
alternate modes on my new computer.

I really hope there is some possibility of doing this.

At the moment there are no plans for implementing the Expander tool under Vista.

As I posted in another thread, can't you just run the TMET on another (non-Vista) computer with your analogue TripleHead2Go connected temporarily, then move it back?

No.

I've been using this device on my previous computer for a year or so. Now I get a Vista computer and the modes are no longer available.
