Hello

I've bought a Matrox Triplehead2go Digital Edition. I have Connected everything corectly - the matrox dvi-dual cable into the th2go box and every 19inch monitor on each right position. the monitors are viewsonic vx924 with each 1280x1024px resoltion.

i will only get a picture on the left monitor in the 1280x1024 resolution. in the display options, there are another resolutions, but none of them work and the resolution 3840px1024px isnt there. if i choose one of the bigger resolutions, the left and the right monitor will say "outside of area"...

my system should 100% work with th2go, its a ati hd 4870 graphics card.

but the shit won't work, i'm pretty sad about it yet.

who can help?

Have you tried installing the latest powerdesk software from matrox? What are using Vista/XP etc, any other system info.....

Kay, uninstall the driver from the disk and install the correct XP and TH ones from here: http://www.matrox.com/graphics/en/support/drivers/ just to see if it is some weird PowerDesk-SE issue.

And we will take it from there :)

ok i downloaded and installed it.

when i'm going to the wizard, i came to the step 2 "input cable connection"... i put the dvi-dual cable in the box, how in the image showed. But i always get this screen:



i tested it on anoter pc with windows xp sp3, but there it also won't work :(

do i have a defect matrox hardware?

Sounds like a bad TH box, I am afraid. Contact Matrox direct. But make sure you have good USB connections, use a motherboard port. Check your cables and try a spare if you have another dual DVI cable.

But it is probably knackered I am afraid :(
