I'm so buying 3 monitors LG E2240S for a very low price.

I would like to know if the same connection that has only D-SUB (the classic VGA) using Adapitadores DVI to D-SUB I could use the 2D Surround.

I want to play rFactor, iRacing, LFS, for now I'll use a GTX 470 + secondary VGA one less power, get my 2 GTX 570.

Adapter DVI to D-SUB

If there is any possibility of using this third monitor what need? without having to use a matrox.

Sorry my bad English!

than

I'm not sure I completely understand your question, it is worded in a confusing way. If you're asking if you can use 3 monitors that don't have DVI connections in surround by using d-sub to DVI adapters, then yes I believe so, as long as all the displays have a common resolution, refresh rate, and sync polarity. I'm not 100% certain, though.

However, if you're asking if you can use a video card with a D-SUB output in and a video card with two DVI outputs, then no, that will not work, because you need two video cards of the same model in SLI to run surround.

This will not work for surround.

get my 2 GTX 570.

However, two 570s will work for surround.

I hope that answers your question, I recommend looking at this page for more information: http://www.nvidia.com/object/3dv-system-requirements-surround-technology.html
