Hey guys, I'm Looking to buy a monitor with color that pops. Really, I want it vivid. I want to get reproduction that is near 100% to what the computer can output. Any suggestions?

I'm looking is Res sizes of 1920x1080 or higher and 23" and up. $600 Budget.

What you would do is, replace the 4870 with a 5 series card for true 10bit output, then your looking at a $2500+ reference 10bit panel.

Well, I don't think it's 'vivid' (vivid is bad, anyway...) but the Dell U2410 is supposed to be excellent with colour reproduction.

What you want is a Dell U2410 which is an H-IPS display. It's 24" and 1920x1200 resolution. This offers the best color reproduction as far as I know out of any LCD. Keep an eye out for any sales that Dell might have, you might snag one for $500-$550.

Having just received my U2410 and it has blown me away, I would easily recommend it. :D

Watch the Dell site for deals, they constantly offer limited time discounts. Also search forums for coupons.

I was able to get $150 off the CDN retail price.
