I got 3 x ASUS VE248H for an eyefinity rig, and ran into the ghosting problem that people seem to see.

I figured out how to correct via the service menu (hold menu while powering on, release after image appears, then press menu again) - and turned off the OD feature. This seemed to get rid of the ghosting, but also appears to be causing barely noticable motion blur.

Either way, there's a bunch of other goodness in this menu that i don't understand, and was hoping someone on here might know. I want to tweak things.

Here's the text i get (changeable fields in <>):
----------
VE248H-M240HW01-RTD2482-MCE001
Exit (exits menu)
Auto Color
Clear User
Burn In Mode
Offset
Gain
9300K
7500K
6500K
sRGB
sBrightness <50>
sContrast <51>
Register Adjust Address <03> Data <3F>
Panel SSC Amp <6> Freq <0>
DDR SSC <3>
IIC Slave Address <7C>
OD
Back Light On Time 00000H 35M
Monitor On Timer 00000H 37M
----------

Anyone shed any light on some of these? I get the color temps and backlight timers...but the rest is greek to me.

VE248H-M240HW01-RTD2482-MCE001
Exit (exits menu) - Exit
Auto Color - don't know
Clear User - factory reset I think

Burn In Mode - If same as on Dells, it would start displaying patches of different colors to remove image persistance (looks like CRT or plasma burn-in)

Preset and color temp adjustments:
Offset
Gain
9300K
7500K
6500K
sRGB
sBrightness <50>
sContrast <51>

Panel adjustments like spread spectrum control:
Register Adjust Address <03> Data <3F>
Panel SSC Amp <6> Freq <0>
DDR SSC <3>
IIC Slave Address <7C>

OD - Overdrive on/off

Time used:
Back Light On Time 00000H 35M
Monitor On Timer 00000H 37M

Nothing you can tweak that would give any benefit (except maybe if you want to use presets with other color temperatures and have access to a colorimeter).
