Paddy's trick also works for the menu backgrounds (just enter the gallery, select a trophy to view, press your "FOV key", then exit).
I used "fov 88" at 5040x1050 to match the 4:3 design.
:P

@amokei: That is one cool setup. What are those green screens on the arm rest?
@skav: Oh, you're so picky.

@ViciousXUSMC

I absolutely love it! love the placement, colors, decoration, the sword!!!

Tell me more about your desk, bought or modded? Makes me want to make a nice granite desk for my man cave instead of a new counter top for the kitchen.

Im probably one of the most broke and froogle owners of a nice setup :D I do everything on the cheap.

That desk is a single piece of 3/4" MDF cut for me at Lowes for like $25, and two file cabinets for drawers/support that were used on sale for $20 each at office depot.

I then got some contact paper off ebay for like $10 and a few L brackets to bolt it all to the wall for extra support.

Oh I did also buy a cheap laminate trimmer (small router) and barowed a roundover bit to round off the edge before I put the contact paper on.

Net cost of my giant 9' long desk less than $100.00

When you use the word "like" next to a specific figure, are you saying it was approximately that figure, or was is like that figure in the sense that $456,789 is like $25 dollars - ie that it is dollars and thus has a similarity...that being the same currency? But I guess that pounds is also like dollars in the sense that it is A currency...and Yen and Yaun and so on and so on. I guess you can see my confusion.
So just need to clarify that.

Like in that context is meaning "it cost around $25".
