Ingame: max all. Video, Windowed (not Borderless) & FOV. Video Quality, Ultra. Quit. Edit: ...My Games\Far Cry 3\GamerProfile.xml. ResolutionX x2 & ResolutionY x2 (yours no border *). Read-only. ShiftWindow (+ border = borderless).

NOTES:
1. Game looks great. Optional FOV (not needed, untested): Flawless Widescreen.
2. * Deprecated: tester used "resolution+border" values in xml, which is not strictly proper.
