Painkiller Hell & Damnation 2012 Manual PLP Instructions

Looks good, works well, though weapons are vert- (bigger & cropped shorter). Weapons still aim & look good, except shotgun looks too short.

SoftTH (fullscreen, DX9 x86). Edit %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Painkiller Hell and Damnation\PKHDGame\Config\PKHDEngine.ini. Switch AspectRatio_MaintainXFOV to ...YFOV. In-game select massive resolution (Advanced Video) & set FOV ~ 80 (Gameplay Settings).
