Edit (path-to-game)\Common\Settings\Settings.cfg.
1. Fullscreen: In "PC =" section, Width & Height = base PLP resolution. SoftTH (DX9 x86 game).
OR
2. Borderless: In "PC =" section, Width & Height = yours + border. Fullscreen = false. ShiftWindow (same nums & to position).
