Strike Suit Zero Dev Version (Triple Monitors / Eyefinity / Surround) [~4K]

Strike Suit Zero is a space combat simulator being developed by Born Ready Games. Last Friday Born Ready invited the WSGF to visit their offices, show off Strike Suit Zero and talk about multi-monitor support.
The video and screenshots are taken from a development version of the game, that Born Ready demoed.

This rev is their first pass for multi-monitor support, and it turned out quite well. They've managed to get the correct aspect ratio and centre the UI in this first attempt. This is a great accomplishment, considering it was implemented less than 24 hours before Delphium and I arrived. There are a few remaining issues with some of the UI elements, but it's great for a first attempt.

During the visit Delphium and I discussed multi-monitor support, and what the community expects with multi-monitor support. We're looking forward to the upcoming beta, to see how much they've taken onboard and have been able to implement.

While at Born Ready Games they kindly allowed us to grab some in-game footage and the first ever ultra hi-res screenshots for which we are pleased to present below.

While I was collecting material to show you lot, Delphium talked with the developers to explain the differences and behaviours of Hor+ and Vert-. We where also able to show them our FOV Calc which helped them check their own FOV calculations. This was followed by myself showing them some examples of other games implementation of multi-monitor support.

During this period of collecting material and and working out display behaviour one of the developers carted both mine and Delphium's Sitek joysticks off to be profiled to ensure compatibility in the game. Now that's service!!!

The Born Ready team where extremely friendly and we felt a warm welcome from them, it was a pleasure to meet and work with the team, whom went out of their way to ensure they had something to show us upon arrival.

Delphium and I would like to share our thanks to Born Ready for having us over, taking the time to be discuss the details of multi-monitor support, and keeping us topped up on cups of tea. :) We hope that our visit was fruitful to the Born Ready chaps, and we would be honoured to meet them again.
