The default resolutions are 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, and 1280x1024. 1280x1024 stretches from 4:3 rather than having the correct 5:4 aspect ratio. Resolution is represented by a single digit in config.cfg.
For other resolutions you must make a shortcut to ksps.exe with the following parameters (for example, 16:9 1440p):
-X 2560 -Y 1440 -F 0 -A 1 -S 1
X = Width
Y = Height
F = Unknown
A = Anti Aliasing
S = High quality shadows
