A patcher allows to remove the pillarboxing from the menu and rendered cutscenes.

The FMVs are in ~21:9 and fit to height, which is likely to result in parts being on the side monitors of a 16:9x3 or similar setup.

The pillarboxing of the rendered cutscenes and the menu can be removed with the same patcher as for ultra-wide.
