Naval Warfare

Naval Warfare is the PC version of the XBox360 game Aqua. Although it feels a bit dated now compared to Renegade Ops, it's a nice two-stick top-down shooter alternative for XP users. And seriously: steampunk boats !! The game features a campaign, skirmish mode and 1vs.1 unsplit-screen multiplayer.
