Need for Speed: Undercover

Make sure your desktop is set to the same aspect ratio as your desired in-game resolution, otherwise a 16:9 AR will be applied to any in-game resolution (stretch).
Start the game and select your resolution from Options, Graphic Preferences, Resolution. Apparently this is a hard-coded list of 10 resolutions unrelated to your system's capabilities.

Alternatively, an older version of UniWS may work with unpatched cd versions of the game, but all resolutions available from the tool have not been confirmed to work.
