Method: console command, but you only need to use it once to permanently fix the FOV so it's more like a .ini edit really.

1) Pick your resolution or input a custom width & height from the Options, [res] menu, then hit Esc and apply changes.
2) Start a game then press ² to bring the console and type:
firstpersonfov xx
Where xx is your desired FOV value.
Default FOV is 100, values are rounded:
If in 4:3 FOV is 100 then...
For 16:10 use 110 (FOVCalc 110.07)
For 16:9, use 116 (FOVCalc 115.63)
For 48:10, use 150 (FOVCalc 153.76) Max firstpersonfov value is 150
Screen change is Hor+ (was Vert- sans FOV fix)
