Tech: Unity (modified). Settings are stored in .xml form in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Big Robot Ltd\The Signal From Tölva\Settings\
Field of view slider in Options, Gameplay: default 72, range 60-100.
Other values can be obtained by editing the multiplier (FovFactor) in GameplayConfigurationData.xml:
FOV 72 is <FovFactor>1</FovFactor>
FOV 62 is <FovFactor>0.8333333</FovFactor>
FOV 100 is <FovFactor>1.38888884</FovFactor>
FOV 120 would be <FovFactor>1.6666667</FovFactor> and so on.
FOV affects both the world and character - but not on the same scale. See Additional Screenshots for a little tallscreen experiment.
Ultra/Super-Wide (21:9/32:9) Specific Solution & Issues
Native Hor+ support.
(Negligible) Magnified Vision overlay is Vert-, no content lost.
Eyefinity / Surround Specific Solution & Issues
Native Hor+ support.
- HUD is spanned. Bunker interface is centered.
- Magnified Vision overlay is Vert-, does not cover the whole display in TripleWide; scan results run across the bezel gap.
