Baseline (Widescreen) Solution & Issues
Support is native. You can also specify your desired res manually in
C:\Program Files\Activision Value\Soldier of Fortune Payback\Save\profile.DAT
(edit is self-explanatory but you must use a hex editor or it won't work !)
Compared to 4:3, 16:9 is strictly Hor+ but 16:10 and 15:9 are Hor+/Vert+.

FOV is too narrow - just replace the File CloakNTEngine.dll Screens are FOV 100. Fix available from the PC Gaming Wiki Community Files (search there).

Multi-monitor resolutions require the simple hex edit of C:\Program Files\Activision Value\Soldier of Fortune Payback\Save\profile.DAT
Screen change is Vert- though (Hor+/Vert- compared to 4:3, Vert- compared to widescreen).
