The game lists all available triple-wide resolutions in the video settings, but they aren't fully functional. The game will run triple-wide resolutions if you select the option for windowed fullscreen. However, selecting any horizontal resolution above 4096 will revert back to 4096. For example, choosing 6048x1080 in windowed fullscreen results in the resolution defaulting back to 4096x1080. It is still quite playable at this resolution, with major HUD elements like the targeting reticule being centered and properly sized. But, the menus that would normally be shown on the left and right of the center screen are pushed to the edges of the side screens.
Trying to select triple-wide resolutions while in fullscreen rather than windowed fullscreen will fail. You'll be reverted back to a single screen resolution.
Update: 5760x1080 now works at fullscreen.
Update: They seem to have fixed some of the issues with this game, I was able to select every resolution while I was in eyefinity with no fails. I changed the Multi-monitor Behavior to Hor+ as this is what it is, I left HUD as Possition Affect Gameplay and set Multi-monitor issues to Minor(B) as the initial problems described above did not occur
