To use any resolution other than 1024x768 in windowed mode, edit the file: <path to MAYN Games>\TwelveSky 2\Option.INI
Change the lines:
y = yyy
x = xxx
Where yyy is your desired screen height and xxx is the width. Then just change the fullscreen option to:
fullscreen = FALSE
