I thought it would be a good idea to pull together and show interested in multi-monitor support for this title. The first game was very popular but fell flat on its face when it came to support and the developer never really stepped in to help.
This time around they have shown some interest with things like "FOV" slider and "PC Specific UI" but nobody has stepped up to say "we are going to support this".

It would appear that the Black Mesa project is releasing the first chapter of the Half-Life 1 revamp on September 14th.
The revamp is a community project to port the original Half-Life 1 game using Valves own development tools onto the Source Engine for an improved gameplay experience.
Although the project is not yet 100% complete, Carlos Montero and his army of developers have decided to release the first chapter which follows the orignal storyline upto Lamda Core which is expected to take players upto 10 hours to complete.

At IFA 2012, LG up and announced, and then displayed a 29" LCD PC display with 21:9 aspect ratio. The display carries a resolution of 2560x1080, along with HDMI, DL-DVI, and DisplayPort connections. It also includes a USB 3.0 hub and 7W speakers.

One of the developers at Codemasters working on the DiRT franchise has updated us to confirm that it will be possible for Surround and Eyefinity users to enjoy their newest title DiRT: Showdown with the proper FOV in the next patch.
