I have 3 x Acer V223W monitors, and although none of these have a display port on them,I have been trying to use a display port adaptor with mixed unstable results.

So was looking into buying a monitor with a display port,as i think this will hopefully cure my problems that i have been having with the display port adaptor.

So was wondering,if the Dell P2210 was a good choice ?

Any comments,much appreciated.......

Thanks !

I can also vouch for this monitor, it is an excellent buy!

However it is pretty damn expensive compared to other 22s

Well i've just had a look at the specs of these 2 monitors and looks like the differences are :

P2210 > 16:10 aspect ratio and optimal resolution 1680 x 1050 22 inch viewable
P2210H > 16:9 aspect ratio and optimal resolution 1920 x 1080 21.5 inch viewable

Should i go for the P2210H with the 16:9 aspect ratio and the higher resolution ?

My 3 x Acer V223W that i own at the moment are 16:9 aspect ratio and 1680 x 1050 resolution.

I have 3x2210H with a single 5870 and its awesome.

Much better than my old hanns-g 27.5 inch monitor.

Check my Youtube channel "bboymassuk" to see it all in action.

To see is too buy.

I'm currently using the P2210H in my Eyefinity setup. I have them in 5x1-P. I prefer the 22" 16:9 1080p panel. Dot pitch it tighter, and will respond better if you need to scale resolutions. Also, many cut-scenes are 16:9 so they will fill the center monitor on the 16:9. On 16:10 they will bleed over onto the outer monitors. HP just released a 22" IPS monitor - ZR22w. Not sure how it performs, but that is the only IPS monitor I've found in the small size.

I have the P2310H's and they're great, just an inch bigger than the P2210H. You've just picked up 3 very nice monitors.
