So... does this work w/ setting your res to 5040x1050 w/ a th2g? Or is it only for when you have 3 outputs?

3 outputs only I understand. The TH2G is at its bandwidth limit when running 5040x1050 at not even 60hz, let alone 120hz.

I think you can use anaglyph 3D Vision with the TH2Go. I remember someone trying it and it working pretty well.

Not talking about 3D, just talking about how most of us have to use old drivers since the latest ones have not let us choose 5040x1050 as a resolution.

No, not in 3DVS. This had to do with getting 5040x1050@57Hz on a TH2Go. Most users had to stay at an older driver rev. 3DVS doesn't have any res limitations (within reason).

I'm not sure I understand all this discussion since as far as I know : using nVidia Surround means NOT using TH2Go
using TH2Go means NOT using Nvidia Surround at least when only 3 screens are concerned ...
so obviously you can run games in 5040x1050 with nvidia surround

3D Vision on the other side of the fence doesn't work at all with TH2Go for reasons already mentioned before in this very thread, end of story.

As a sidenote I wonder if one can trick Nvidia surround to use 3 TH2Go to get a total of 9 panels ??

I am sure! We can mount real LCD wall now :rockout

And back to resolution quastion. So if I have 2x 470 nVidia and 3x 22" monitors I can run games in 5040x1050 in 2D but no 3D?

for 3D (Vision) you need :
-no TH2Go
-120Hz Panels
-shutter glasses

I'm saying, if I don't have 3 outputs (because I only have one video card, a 295), will these new drivers let me pick 5040x1050 as a resolution with the TH2Go? Or has nobody tried it yet?
