Hello guys!

I'm new here, but i read the forum since i've eyefinity.

Now i've a problem with my displays' vsync.
Two or more month ago my center display had 1 'tear point'. I reconnected my monitors, and made the eyefinity again. But after that, i had 1-1 'tear point' on the side monitors, but no on center.

And i couldn't find answer here and on the internet, so i posted here this.

Can anyone help with this specially vsync bug?
My rig is on my profile, and the display connection is like this:

hdmi------------------------------------------------------------>hdmi in
dp->dp to dvi converter->dvi to hdmi converter->hdmi in (because there is not active dp to hdmi converter, only active dp to dvi)
dvi---------------->dvi to hdmi converter--------------->hdmi in

(Sorry for my bad english, i am learning it now.)

Thanks: hunkris :)

I think that for the time being unless you connect all three monitors the same way (3x DP) you'll get tearing on the odd monitor out..

yeah I think there's only a few cards that has that many of the same connections. I'm not sure about those MST display hubs, maybe someone with more knowledge will drop a line :)

Best you can do is setup your screens with 2 of the same connectors and 1 that's not. Then choose one of the same connecting displays as your main display. It will give you only one screen with tearing.

Sorry no :( You have to connect all displays to ONE card, so unless that one card has 3x DVI or DP or something you can't do much about it (yet)

You could get an MST hub and connect all three over DP (using adapters). They seem to only be available in europe though.

That is very expensive... A hub + 3 active dp to hdmi adapter... (When i bought the eyefinity parts there wasnt active, only active dp->dvi and then dvi->hdmi.)

But i saw a hub (maybe club3d) with non-active dp outputs so there can be used passive dp to hdmi adapter.
Any judgement?

Yes, with a hub, the monitors off the hub can be passive. Just make sure to connect all three off the hub if you're using passive adapters.
