DeathSpank, is a comedy action role-playing game by game designer Ron Gilbert (of "Monkey Island" fame). DeathSpank follows the titular character DeathSpank in his quest to find an item known as The Artifact. The game was originally supposed to be the first of a two part series. The second half of the series, entitled DeathSpank: Thongs of Virtue was first released on September 20, 2010. Gilbert described DeathSpank as being "Act I" in the story, and Thongs of Virtue as being "Acts II and III". However, it was later announced that Deathspank was returning for a third game entitled, The Baconing, abandoning the titular character's name in its title. The third game is set to release on August 30, 2011. (From Wikipedia)

Hi, just thought I'd chime in on this to let anyone else who buys this via that Humble Bundle or elsewhere. I got this to work in surround and it works really well. You have to use it in window mode - with http://steamcommunity.com/groups/WindowedBorderlessGaming - but it works like a charm. Trying to force the game via config to your resolution full screen doesn't work.

After you get it running in Borderless window mode you can edit the pref.ini located:

C:\Users\*name*\AppData\Roaming\Hothead Games\DeathSpank

SafeWidth=0.330000 <----change these values to your liking (this is for centred GUI, on 5760x1080)
SafeHeight=0.970000 <--- change theses values (this is for centred GUI, on 5760x1080)
Fullscreen=1920x1080 <--- adjusting these values does nothing in game
Display=Windowed <--- must be selected in game - then let WBG utility do its magic.
VSync=1
Windowed=1920x1080 <---just set to max value in game, adjusting here does nothing to the game.

I would probably change this to a silver or gold rating? despite having to only run in a window and having to edit ini file - it scales perfectly - EXCEPT: the only anomaly I can see is that now with the over-condensed horizontal hud resizing, it can squeeze the conversation text with NPC's - you can of course expand it out to 0.43 or so - then the outside gui's will still be in view in the corner of the outside monitors - but unsqueeze the text box a little more. It's up to you - perhaps that makes it a silver?

Is it the SafeHeight or the FullScreen value that needs to be set to the res? Looks like it would be the third line.

Sorry I should have been more clear - that safe height and width is purely to centre the hud - the game cannot run fullscreen and you must select window mode then use the windowed borderless gaming utility to get it across 3 screens in borderless window mode.
