Hey everyone,

I thought I'd get a thread going on Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. 21:9 seems to sort of be supported. The hud is stuck in 16:9 and after taking a screenshot I saw that there are small black bars on the side. (I'm not sure if they're in game as I didn't notice them, but I can check). Not sure about cutscenes and whether or not they fully support 21:9 as I only just did a quick check. Anyone else tried the game out?

I'm getting those black bars in game. not sure if they are in the in-game cutscenes. Also, has anyone else noticed that the markers for tracking enemies is not lined up properly?

I didn't run the game for long enough to look at the markers so I'm not sure. I will most likely be waiting for DX12 to release before I play the game. Got some other games I want to finish up before I move on to Deus Ex. It seems that the 21:9 stuff is kind of half put together, which is pretty disappointing. Hopefully someone will come along and fix up these issues.

Spotted this on Deus Ex's Twitter. It seems they are working on a fix for some of these issues. Not sure about the black side bars yet, though.

I mentioned this in the "Detailed Widescreen Reports" thread, but I wanted to share the picture here too. If your character takes enough damage, the game applies a red filter to the screen that is 16:9, (not 21:9).

You can turn off the damage filter in the settings, I believe.

Same suggestion was given in another thread, but to no avail.

Unfortunately I thought it was working until I took damage and realized nothing had changed. Here is a snapshot:

All the last patch did for me was remove the tiny black bars on the edges of the screen. HUD markers are still misaligned.
