I think its time to set up a community website för surroundgamers with a list of private hosted surroundgaming friendly BF1942 and BF2 servers.

Would be cool to be able to comunicate and play with other surroundgamers.

Maybe some sponsors also would be intressted If we are lucky:)

What did you mean with " not with the latest patch of BF2?
Didn´t your programm work with BF2 1.4?
If not, do you plan to release a new version?
Maybe with a small GUI to set the display size?

I Just don’t get it!
I thought manufacturers and retailer software houses etc etc went on the principle the “Customer is always right” so they produce what the customer wants they get rich and we are happy. However even though the majority of BF2 players want or don’t mind if wide screen is supported, we don’t have the choice. Surely the simple solution would by a wide screen option support box in the under the filter options. Everyone can choose and is happy :D .

What about support with the mod´s like POE orUSI?

Given the infrequent posting in this thread, I assume a working widescreen solution for Battlefield 2 v1.41 is pretty much dead. I know there aren't as many online players as before, but I still love playing this game. I mostly play it in co-op mode at LAN parties so the lack of online support isn't a deal breaker for me. But I don't want to have to roll my game back to an earlier version. Racer_S, we still need you! Do you have any time or interest in pursuing this project further? :cry:

BF2142 == BF2, in terms of widescreen support.
