Mine came yesterday very rapidly from Scan but only tonight been able to switch everything on.

Okay. Installed software and hardware but having some difficulties.

Firstly, running a 8800GTX (OC2) outputting to the TH2Go (with 3 19") and also to a 2407.

I seem to be having problems setting the TH2Go to 3840 x 1024, it only wants to go to 3840 x 768 on the slider and the monitors are reporting 1024x768..?

Any ideas (do have the correct modes loaded)

Rebooted, now I have an extra step on the resoluttion slider and can set the display to 3840x1024 but when I okay this, the 2407 drops from 1920x1200 to 1680x1050 as maximum...?

The 8800GTX has 2 dual link DVI outputs (the 2407 is running off a single link cable but I believe that is fine up to 1920x1200 anyway)

Any ideas...?

The GTX is meant to be able to run 2 displays at 2560x1200 so should be up to the task...

Well, dual 2560x1200 isn't enough pixels in your case.

3840x1024 + 1920x1200 = 3932160 + 2304000 = 6236160

2x2560x1200 = 6144000

Sorry, correction. Should be 2 x 2560x1600 i.e. 2 30" screens

Anyone running a TH2Go together with a 24" (or more)...? both on DVI?

im not 100% sure of this but it may be nvida related? i can get my system with the ati card to display on 2 diff monitors with both different resolutions. but on my nvida system i can only span it and can't set the resolutions of the monitors separately.

I think it is driver/display properties related rather than the card unable to do both correctly since, as said, it's advertised as twin dual link outputs and I've read a post elsewhere with a user doing the exact same setup as mine, i.e. 3840x1024 on one and 1920x1200 on the other.

The nVidia settings panel seems to sometime interfere in a way with the normal Windows display properties in that after updating the nVidia drivers right clicking on the desktop and selecting properties can result in quite a delay before the normal dialog appears - a couple of times or so going through it and usually after a reboot and the dialog appears instantly as normal almost as if the settings from the nVidia settings applet and the display properties dialog are conflicting in a way.

Anyway, I'll continue to try... Any other ideas welcome!

Have you tried 16-bit colors?

Makes no difference.

Anyone? Card should handle this so why isn't it allowing both at their max?

Just to correct again, when the 2407 is at 1920x1200 the max I can get on the TH2Go is 3072x768

Matrox suggest trying one output (i.e. either the 2407 or the TH2Go) via analogue VGA rather than DVI but, according to the specs of the 8800 (i.e. twin dual link dvi supporting 2560x1600) I shouldn't have to.

Don't want to pull things back around at the moment but will give it a go if I must...
