Yeah, having some info about your system would be helpful. The USB problem your experiencing has to do with USB 1.0 and 2.0 adapters or USB ports. If you plug a USB 2.0 device like TH2GO or anything that uses USB 2.0 into a 1.0 port then you will get this problem you are having. You might need to get a USB 2.0 card for you machine because the port on your system is probably a 1.0.

DIV works. It could however be how you have your display settings or monitor settings adjusted.

Is your cable a Dual-Link DVI cable?

Is your cable a Dual-Link DVI cable?

Had a bit of a challenge myself when first hooking up TH2Go. Turned out to be my single link DVI cable from a previous monitor I was too lazy to extract from my rat's nest of wiring. :?

Although a warning may exist somewhere, I didn't easily find it and recommend WSGF and/or Matrox provide "DUAL LINK" information in bold and maybe a picture of a dual vs. single link connectors. This would have a saved me a day or so of scratching my head.

The TH2Go comes with appropriate cables though?

The Digital TripleHead2Go comes with:
One 2-foot dual-link DVI cable
One 2-foot VGA cable
One 3-foot USB A-to-B cable

It does not come with 3 additional DVI cables required to connect your 3 monitors to the TripleHead2Go. If you want to put your Digital TripleHead2Go more than 2 feet from your computer, you need your own dual-link DVI cable. Most DVI cables that people have lying around are single-link.
