First of all, this "firmware" is NOT for ATI, it is for the TH2G Box. To answer the rest of what you asked, you would have to call Matrox's Tech Support Staff to ask them about that. I know that I don't have a problem when I go to my Screen Prefs to change the size of the screen back to one screen. But it will only work on the (defaulted) left screen. Now if you are wanting the middle screen (#2 according the TH2G Box) to be the main one used, well I can't help you there either, again you would have to call them about that one too... Thanks for the reply. I understand that the firmware is for the TH2G - but it is firmware that enables the use of the ATI 3870 - which is why I phrased it like that.
I have already had my current TH2G firmware changed by Matrox support so that the center monitor is used for single screen operation, it was of the first things I did after getting it. I was just wondering if they had included an option to use center or left as this is a feature that some people (me especially), would have liked to see included if they are producing updates.
