RE: Info ... TH2G ... Widescreens & Available Resolutions

Can anyone else access the download page for "TripleHead2Go Digital Edition Widescreen Resolution Software Download"?

I get to the

I click the "firmware utility" link and then check the EULA box and click "Download Now" but I just get redirected to a blank FTP directory that says:

Index of ftp://ftp.matrox.com/pub/mga/archive/v2kxp/2008/vxp2k_THDE_v2.3.40.t6.52.exe/
Up to higher level directory
Name Size Last Modified

Is this just me or should I contact Matrox?

Thanks

I think it is just you as I just checked the link and it is ok. I downloaded a copy without any problem.

Just a quick note on Matrox Customer Service - they rock :rockout

Every time I have had an issue they have resolved it in a timely and friendly manner. They emailed me the file I was looking for (I obviously have to change it back to an 'exe').
