Hey all; I just got three 26" LCD's (Samsung T260HD's); which have a native rez of 1920x1200.

I am considering purchasing a TH2GO, but I see the best rez they offer right now is 5040x1050 (1680x1050 x3). My question is, will this rez look bad or skewed on 26" monitors with 1920x1200 native rez's?

As an FYI, I have a GTX 295 vid card.

Thank you!

You could use 2x 1920x1200 in desktop and 3x 1680x1050 in games. You can already test how your display scales smaller resolutions so decide yourself if its worth it.

Also check if T260HD can run at 1680x1050 @ 57hz.

That is a good idea; I didn't know you could do that with the TH2GO. The T260HD does in fact support the 57hz refresh. Is it a pain in the rear to switch between 2x 1920x1200 and 3x 1680x1050? I presume this is done via the Matrox PowerDesk software?

Just set your displays each to 1680x1050 @ 57hz and see if the scalers in your displays make it look ok. I'm perfectly happy with it on my 245BWs.

should be fine mate,
i have 3 x24 and 5040x1050 works great

my dell monitors are also native 1920x1200 and they work great at 1650x1050

ur 2 inches won't make much of a difference compared to mine

also,

an important thing to note is that 1920x1200 vs 1650x1050 only makes a big difference when you have 1 monitor

but when u have 3, you just have so much workspace to multi task that you don't need 3x 1920x1200 at all.

5040X1050 OVER 3 monitors is overkill when it comes to workspace. Normall i just use 2 montors and leave my other one off cos i don't need the workspace :P
