So I decided to replay Borderlands with a buddy, and I'm trying to get it setup with the Config Edit hack version 2.1.4. I have my FOV set as 143 since I'm at a resolution of 5760x1200.

When I use the bind key (the sprint key in this case) to change my FOV, it does its job (although it looks as though my weapon is zoomed in too much):

But then, whenever I sprint, the landscape literally goes upside down!

Would anyone please be able to advise as to what is going on? It would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks. :cheers

Weapon views in BL always seem to be Vert- in surround resolutions. The screen-flipping caused by sprinting is because the game applies a fov multiplier when sprinting and in your case it increases the fov to the point that the image flips (a known high-fov issue for UE3). I have not seen a fix for this other than decreasing your default fov to a value that doesn't cause sprint-flipping.

Thanks for the response.

After screwing around with the FOV, i solved the issue, but everything feels way too zoomed in, and sprint FOV is awful. I guess this game isn't tolerable (for me at least) with Eyefinity. What a shame.
