Baseline (Widescreen) Solution & Issues
The FOV is Vert- by default but can be partially fixed through an .ini edit :
Documents\My Games\Afterfall InSanity Demo\RascalGame\Config\RascalCamera.ini
Use FOVCalc to get the right FOVAngle= values for your desired aspect ratio.
The FOV on the screenshots below was calculated using 4:3 as the default AR. The game was probably designed around 16:9, though and like in Damnation the camera position is slightly different in 16:9 compared to all other ARs.
Aiming and shooting remain Vert- regardless of the 'AimRight' FOVAngle value.
PDA screen is anamorphic, although backdrop is actually Vert-.

Open it, find the line "#force graphic resolution" and change the lines underneath it. Remove the semicolons in front.
#force graphic resolution
bForceResolution=true
ForceResX=5760
ForceResY=1080
bForceFullscreen=true
You can also change the FOV with DefaultCamera.ini OR Documents\my games\Afterfall InSanity\RascalGame\Config\RascalCamera.ini
May also need to change X to Y AspectRatioAxisConstraint=AspectRatio_MaintainYFOV in Documents\my games\Afterfall InSanity\RascalGame\Config\RascalEngine.ini

Original comment: "No support.
The FOV wouldn't be a problem, but surround resolutions are unsupported and .ini files don't help.
Resolutions are saved as a weirdly long hex string in Documents\My Games\Afterfall InSanity Demo\Binaries\SaveData\Player1"
