I am interested in an update for this.... Love this game, but it can't use my setup to its full potential. :(

Then bump the thread I linked to, the most recent issues is blindingly easy for the Devs to fix and was introduced due to stupidity on the part of one of the developers, again, details of the issue are in the first post of the thread, but the more people that post in that thread the higher its visibility to the devs. They did say the game would launch with multi-monitor support, let the devs know they failed so that they can fit it.

The current issue with FoV is nothing to do with the old one, and fixing it is beyond my ability at present

Damned :( Vehicle FoV fix was a must have, also because it fixed the turret mouse sensitivity too !

Anyway I bumped the thread you linked.

One last question, for now, is it possible to center the HUD or not ?

Not completely, only as fair as the games centred HUD option does it, my knowledge isn't good enough to fix the rest of the HUD, I have however managed to remove the FoV limit they added, but the most recent hotfix broke it, so it won't be till tonight that I can get that fixed again.

Forgot to say yesterday, Flawless Widescreen's PlanetSide 2 plugin has been updated, it'll should remove the FoV limit, restoring it to what it should be, it'll also correct the vehicle FoV to match your infantry FoV.

PS2FOV v0.5 fix released in September still works with the latest PS2 client, both fov and turret sensitivity, only fov is now limited to 115 degrees horizontal which is still sufficient for a single monitor.

I had an older approach that changes an fov scaling factor which still works in spite of the new fov limit. The memory address can be found by searching for the number 57.29577637, increasing it while in vehicles provides more fov. The catch is screws up player animations, making them spin around in circles. It also needs to be quickly restored to its default value when leaving vehicles.

Please note that this plugin has been disabled for now due to DOE banning users using this fix, they have explained that they intend to fix this issue them self and unban users whom used the fix.

The Flawless Widescreen plugin should not be confused with PS2FOV fix which still works without banning but is now limited to 115 degrees horizontal. It sounds like the FW plugin disabled this limit with more significant alterations that resulted in it triggering a violation.
